I have been working in the sexual harm field for eight years and doing ACC work for three years.
I take an eclectic approach, incorporating aspects of CBT, Narrative, Strengths-Based and Person-Centered Therapy. My main focus is to work from a trauma-informed, not pathologising perspective. I believe my clients are the experts on themselves and walk alongside them on their journey to wholeness and healing.
I work from my home-based office, offering a welcoming and relaxed environment.
