I offer a warm, supportive and down-to-earth counselling space where we can work together to make sense of what has happened, how it is affecting you now, and what you need to move forward.

I believe that counselling works best when you feel safe, heard and accepted for who you are. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity- and gender-affirming, and I adapt the way I work to suit each individual person.

My work is grounded in Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT), and I also draw from Brainspotting, mindfulness, CBT, polyvagal approaches and parts work. Sessions might involve talking, creative or experiential work, practical strategies, or a mixture of these depending on what works best for you.

I have experience supporting people who have experienced trauma and sexual harm, as well as anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and identity issues, and challenges with emotional regulation. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and recognise that people experience, process and communicate their world in many different ways.

Most importantly, you can expect me to meet you with warmth, curiosity and respect. We will work together to build understanding, strengthen your resources and find a way forward that feels meaningful to you.
