I have been working as an Occupational Therapist in the field of mental health since 2012, across both the USA and New Zealand. My experience spans working with children, youth, and adults in a variety of settings—including schools, homes, communities, acute care, wrap-around care, complex case management, and private practice. I support individuals navigating challenges related to physical health and injury recovery, mental health, sensory processing, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, parenting, and more.
At the heart of my approach is the client —y their values, strengths, and goals. I believe that healing and growth happen when strategies are simple, sustainable, and aligned with what truly matters most to the client. My work is holistic and individualized, helping clients feel empowered and confident in moving forward. Together, we identify barriers, build on their natural resources, and create a clear, actionable plan for meaningful change that feels doable for them.
I also provide professional supervision for a range of clinical and non-clinical providers. In addition, I offer specialized private groups and programmes including holiday programs for neurodiverse/anxious kids, creative mindfulness groups for women, parenting coaching, ADHD coaching, and online mentoring groups for women who are private providers or business owners.
