I work with men and women aged 17 through to senior citizens, who require Sensitive Claims counselling. We can meet in person as our primary way of working, but Zoom is available as needed.
Come as you are and be met with acceptance and safety no matter your background, gender, cultural and spiritual identity, or ethnicity.
I integrate the use of various counselling modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
